OFFICE / PROJECT ADMINISTRATION CLERK
J.D. Piling & Anchor Ltd. is a progressively growing piling & foundation construction company who is currently seeking qualified applicants for the position of Office / Project Administration Clerk. This dynamic position offers an excellent opportunity for advancement.
Duties Include:
-Provide administrative support to current and on going projects
-Basic AP/AR and Payroll data collection
-AP/AR data entry into Simply Accounting
-Basic reception tasks as required
-Support the Project Manager / Controller as required
Required skills and attributes:
-Must be a personable, enthusiastic team player
-Detail oriented, organized and able to multi-task
-Minimum 2 years prior experience providing administrative support functions including accounting and reception
-Solid working knowledge in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Simply Accounting
-Prior oil & gas service or construction company experience is desired
-Technical training on MS Office software and accounting programs would be an asset
-High School Diploma
-Preference given to those with prior project admin and or ISN / Comply Works background
Remuneration:
-Wage to commensurate with experience
-Extended health benefits package available upon completion of 3 month probation period
