Multi-residential Maintenance Lead-hand Required!

Due to our continued improvements in Customer Service, Northern Property is now seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team!

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Proven organizational skills
• Time management skills
• Leadership experience (in any field)
• Computer, spreadsheet, work orders, time sheets
• Basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, flooring, drywall
• Boiler knowledge and experience preferred

Northern Property requirements are that you must provide:
1) a clean drivers abstract and
2) a police clearance report for employment.
