Customer Service Representative – Plumbing & Heating

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a professional manner.

This position involves the full scope of coordinating orders including: order entry, pricing, purchasing, arranging direct shipments, job-site deliveries, follow-up of back orders and handling of material returns.

Key attributes: highly organized with an attention to detail, great communication skills, direct industry experience including: sales, customer service, communication and computer skills.
