Oil & Gas - Drilling Rig Inspector

A major oil and gas company is looking for a new Drilling Rig Inspector. Job description:

- Duties: inspecting site – running through check list of various items and documenting all observations. Provide recommendations to improve site efficiency and safety
- Experience: about 8 – 10 years experience on the rigs (experience in safety or supervisory role is preferred)
- Wage: to be negotiated (around $750 to $950 per day depending on experience)
- Schedule: generally weekends would be free, will work between 3 and 5 days during the week (could possibly use a guy with a 2/2 schedule elsewhere and wants to work on his days off)
- Candidate location: preferably out of Fort Saint John (this would be the central location for the different sites visited) or Grande Prairie
